What is the minimum engagement length?

One month. There is no requirement to commit to a long-term contract upfront. Most engagements extend naturally, once an engineer is integrated and contributing, teams rarely want to end the relationship. However, the flexibility to scale down or end the engagement with one month's notice is part of the model.

Can we augment with a single engineer, or is a minimum team size required?

A single engineer is fine. We work with companies adding one specialist and with companies building teams of 8 to 10 augmented engineers. The right size depends on what you need. Not A minimum package we require you to take.

What seniority levels are available?

Mid-level and senior engineers are the core of what we provide. Junior profiles are available in some disciplines but are not the default. Our engineers come with production experience. They are expected to contribute from the first sprint, not spend the first month getting up to speed.

Do augmented engineers work remotely or on-site?

Primarily remote, with the option of on-site visits for project kickoffs, key milestones, or regular cadences if preferred. Most clients operate fully remote with their augmented engineers. The timezone alignment makes this practical in a way that offshore models cannot replicate.
