Exploring the Future of Digital Identity in Amsterdam

We had the pleasure of participating in Identity Week Europe 2025. One of the leading events dedicated to digital identity, biometrics and trust technologies. Bringing together innovators, policymakers and industry leaders, the event created a unique space to exchange ideas, explore new developments and build the foundations of tomorrow’s identity systems.

A Joint Vision for Secure, Accessible Identity

In partnership with Famoco, we presented a live demo that highlighted how identity enrolment can be both simple and secure. Our solution enables individuals to register and receive a tamper-proof ID card in just a few steps, a process designed with both user experience and data protection at its core. It was an opportunity to show in real time how advanced, open and trusted technologies can support governments, institutions and enterprises in their identity challenges.

Collaborating Across Borders and Sectors

Beyond our demo, Identity Week Europe was a moment of dialogue. Our team met with specialists across sectors, from public administration and finance to mobility and healthcare, all seeking future-proof solutions for digital ID and authentication. We explored key topics such as interoperability, privacy by design, biometric security and the role of AI in identity systems. These conversations not only informed our vision but reinforced our belief that the future of identity must be built together, through cooperation and open innovation.

A Commitment to Trustworthy Tech

Our presence in Amsterdam reflects more than technological readiness. It speaks to Caixa Mágica’s commitment to building trustworthy digital systems that empower users and protect sensitive data. As we continue to expand across Europe and deepen our partnerships, events like Identity Week help us stay at the forefront of innovation, ensuring we contribute actively to shaping a more secure, inclusive and interoperable digital identity landscape.

We return from Identity Week Europe 2025 with fresh insights, stronger connections and a renewed drive to help shape the future of digital identity.
