We're looking for a Business Analyst (+ 3 years) that will work for a minimum period of +1 year (renewable for equal periods), with a stable job contract and numerous perks!
Scope
The Bank requires assistance for Digital Transformation in the running of the Value Chain (VC) Financial Control. This includes:
- VC Launch - supporting the operationalisation of the collaboration model and the interactions with the DTO assets, the IT platforms and the other Value Chains; participation in the set-up of the deliver model defined by the DTP (Digital Transformation Programme); and supporting the VC in the implementation of the governance
- Backlog - guiding the VC in refining and prioritizing its pipeline; fostering and facilitating innovation by inspiring through market and proofs of concept
- VC end-to-end processes - helping VC to detect critical end-to-end processes and associated pain points
- Communication / Behaviour - providing support on communication around the VC and its achievements, at Programme level as well as to Senior Management; promoting Digital and Agility mindset; helping VC members to adopt new ways of working created by the new delivery model (i.e. VC model)
The profile we're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in large financial institutions
- +5 years of experience Project Management
Futher requirements:
- Experience in project management & support, namely in the following functions:
- Supporting the operationalization of a collaboration model & setting up a new delivery model for a Digital Transformation Programme
- Refining and prioritizing digital requests pipeline
- Capturing requirements
- Experience in the definition of business process and identifying pain points
- Experience in communication, Agile approach, and change
